A Legacy of Support, Growth, and Opportunity

CLIMB Transition Services (CTS) was founded in 1979 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a clear purpose: to serve individuals who are blind and have intellectual disabilities with meaningful, structured support. From the beginning, the focus has been on helping individuals build independence, develop life skills, and participate more fully in daily life through thoughtful, person-centered programming.

Our Mission in Action

CTS is built on the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, engage, and live with greater independence. Programs are designed to provide consistent support while encouraging participation, decision-making, and skill development. Through structured services, individuals gain the tools needed to navigate daily life with confidence and purpose.
