Volunteer Opportunities
Make a Meaningful Impact Through Community Support
CLIMB Transition Services welcomes individuals who want to contribute their time and support programs that encourage participation, engagement, and independence. Volunteers play an important role in creating positive experiences and supporting individuals in structured activities.
How to Get Involved
Getting started is simple and guided to ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone involved. Interested individuals can submit an inquiry through the website contact form or email the main office to begin the process.
All volunteers are required to complete a screening and orientation process prior to placement. This includes fingerprinting and successfully passing a DOJ/FBI background check before working with participants.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
Volunteers provide support across a variety of program activities under the guidance of staff. Opportunities are designed to be engaging, structured, and meaningful.
- Assist with community outings and recreational activities

Support That Makes a Difference
Volunteers help create opportunities for connection, participation, and personal growth. Their involvement supports a positive environment where individuals can engage, interact, and build confidence through shared experiences.
