CLIMB Transition Services is led by a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing consistent, structured support for individuals served through our programs. With a strong foundation established in 1979, CTS continues to operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on serving individuals who are blind and have intellectual disabilities. Leadership plays a critical role in maintaining program quality, supporting staff, and ensuring that services remain aligned with the organization’s mission.
